Recipe: Healthy Peppermint Hot Chocolate for Deep Sleep

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk (or any vanilla milk alternative)
- 1 bag peppermint tea
- 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 square of Nightcap chocolate by alice
- Light pour of maple syrup
- Hand frothier
Instructions:
- Combine water and vanilla almond milk in a small sauce pan and set to low heat
- Once liquid is softly simmering, remove from heat
- Add peppermint tea bag to simmering liquid and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes
- Place cacao powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, and one square of Nightcap chocolate by alice into a mug
- Pour your brewed tea on top of the mixture in your mug
- Use hand frothier to blend thoroughly
- Enjoy!
