Refund policy

CHOCOLATES:



We know that each body is unique and what you choose to put in it is personal. That’s why we’ve got your back with a 30-day guarantee on your first order :)


We encourage you to try alice for 2-3 months to give the long-term benefits of our functional mushrooms time to compound in your body! If alice isn't a fit for you, you can request a refund for any of our chocolate products within 30 days of your first purchase (SavedBy Shipping Assurance is non-refundable). Please reach out to us at orders@alicemushrooms.com for help. 

No need to return your chocolates!

Even if you don’t love alice, someone else in your circle might!
Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we can’t resell any products that have left our warehouse. This means we can’t accept returns or exchanges of any chocolate products, even if they are unopened. 

Exclusions:

  • Initiating a credit card chargeback will void your right to a refund. No orders associated with a chargeback will be refunded.

  • Only the first order placed by a customer is eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Additional orders are not eligible.

  • Packages that are refused upon delivery or marked as "Return to Sender" are not eligible for a refund.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

By purchasing a discounted subscription product option, you are agreeing to be enrolled in a membership in which you will be automatically billed on a recurring basis at the price and frequency specified in the order summary excluding the first month's discount (if applicable).

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time prior to the billing date by logging into your customer portal or by emailing orders@alicemushrooms.com. If a subscription is cancelled after a subscription order has been billed, the order will not be automatically cancelled.

MERCH:



All merchandise is final sale. Please reach out to orders@alicemushrooms.com with any questions.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:


Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us ASAP if the product is damaged/melted or if you receive the wrong item. Our Customer Experience team will make it right — just reach out to orders@alicemushrooms.com

REFUND PROCESSING:



If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at orders@alicemushrooms.com.
