Recipe: Chocolate Strawberry Oreo Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 carton of fresh strawberries
  • 8-10 Oreos
  • 1 bar (8 squares) of happy ending by alice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

 

Instructions:

  1. Wash and quarter strawberries (remove all stems)
  2. Remove Oreos from package and use a knife to chop into small pieces - pour into bowl and place to the side
  3. Unwrap happy ending and break into squares - place into a microwave-safe bowl
  4. Add coconut oil to the chocolate bowl and place in microwave
  5. Microwave for 30 seconds - remove from microwave and mix with a spoon until fully melted and combined
  6. Allocate cut strawberries between two cups - glass if you're feeling aesthetic 
    1. **you can always make more than 2 cups depending on how much you want in each!
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate onto strawberries with a spoon
  8. Sprinkle chopped Oreos on top of the chocolately strawberries
  9. Enjoy with some and feel the sparks!
