Recipe: Date Night Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 1 carton of fresh strawberries
  • 1 bar (8 squares) of happy ending by alice
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of warmed butter
  • Optional: toothpicks

 

Instructions:

  1.  Wash strawberries and place to the side to dry
  2.  Open your bar of happy ending by alice - break apart into individual squares (or chop into large pieces with a knife
  3.  Place happy ending into a bowl
  4.  In a separate sauce pan, heat cream until starting to simmer
  5.  Pour warm cream into bowl with happy ending chocolate
  6.  Stir chocolate and cream until chocolate has melted into the mixture
  7.  Warm butter in microwave for 10 seconds before mixing into your chocolate-cream
  8.  Holding your strawberry by the stem or sticking with a tooth pick, roll your strawberry in your chocolate mixture and place on a flat surface
  9. Place your strawberries in the fridge for 10 - 15 minutes to set the chocolate
  10.  Package and share or enjoy your deliciously decadent date-night strawberries
