Recipe: Brain Boosting Dark Chocolate Nut Mix

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed nuts
  • 6 squares Brainstorm by Alice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Optional: flaky sea salt or truffle salt

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Evenly lay mixed nuts out on baking sheet
  3. Add Brainstorm by alice and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl
  4. Set in microwave and microwave at 1-minute increments until melted, stirring at each minute
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over your mixed nuts
  6. Sprinkle your sea salt or any toppings on the nuts before the dark chocolate has hardened
  7. Place baking sheet in the fridge for 15 minutes to set the chocolate
  8. Remove baking sheet from fridge and break the nuts into ~6 clusters
  9. Store in an airtight container and enjoy for up to 7 days at room temperate
  10. Enjoy a cluster whenever you need a little brain boost!
